Aims of the Society

The Bishopston Society was formed in 2002 by local residents. Our aim is to maintain and improve the character, amenities and  architecture of the area. We have nearly 150 members and an active committee with a range of interests and local knowledge.

In brief, we keep an eye on planning proposals, maintain close links with local campaigning groups and seek to improve the design of buildings, the environment, the amenities and facilities of Bishopston.
