Bristol Storytelling Festival opens at a venue in Gloucester Road

Bristol Storytelling Festival, now in its 6th year, is a series of events to celebrate stories and storytelling in Bristol, held during National Storytelling Week.

During the Festival an array of professional storytellers will tell local legends, folk tales, tall stories, historical anecdotes, ghostly rumours and enchanting yarns at different venues across Bristol for adults, families and children to experience and enjoy the magic of storytelling.

The first event is being held at a local venue: Halo, 141, Gloucester Road and is entitled 'A Tale of Two Cities' - a celebratory cabaret of stories and music with the finest performers from Bristol and Cardiff '. This event is on Thursday January 26th at 8pm.
