Members’ data is also held securely by the Society to enable us to hold accurate membership records.

Members receive printed newsletters and email updates.

All former members’ personal data is in any case deleted two years after the last year for which they paid a subscription.

We do not sell or otherwise pass on personal data to third parties unless required to by law.
