The Bishopston Society is concerned by this proposal to develop a 4 bedroom student flat in the rear garden of these commercial premises.
The proposals are extremely cramped within the limited space available and the living accommodation provided has very poor outlook and a lack of natural daylight. The student flat is very likely to cause noise and disturbance for the occupants of adjacent properties. We consider that the proposals represent overdevelopment and recommend refusal.
