Loft Extension with rear balcony, ground floor rear extension, new front porch.

The Society is extremely concerned about the impact of this application on the neighbours, particularly no. 90 alongside.

Our main concerns are at second floor/roof level where two very large dormers are proposed which dominate the existing roofscape and have extensive glazing giving wide ranging views over the neighbouring properties and invading the privacy of local residents. This is made worse by the further proposal for a projecting glass fronted balcony to the rear, accessed by full width folding sliding doors, with commanding views over neighbouring gardens.
The new rear living extension is showing 'possible future' double doors to the side elevation, again overlooking no. 90 next door, which are not appropriate.

We would recommend refusal.
